Steve Skinner was formerly a policy manager in Bradford Council and a regional manager for the Community Development Foundation. He has over thirty years experience, having worked as a consultant in the voluntary sector, a project manager in higher education, an administrator in the arts and as a grass roots community worker. Steve is a well known author in the field of training and organisational change and has written a number of widely used publications. He is:

• A qualified trainer also with an MA in Social and Community Work and a diploma in Managing in the Community • A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development • An approved trainer and/or consultant for BASSAC, the Directory of Social Change, Community Matters, the Community Development Foundation, TPAS and the Local Government Information Unit
